Set in nice grounds with parking. Angela the host was superb and brought fresh pastries to us
Kitchen a little tired and lacked working area if you wanted to cook. Shower not very efficient

The host was by far the very best we've ever experienced. Cold refreshments upon arrival, lots of groceries at the ready. Daily morning greeting with fresh pastries and evening Gelato! The villa was essentially in a private lemon grove that was both peaceful and beautiful. She even gave us and our luggage a ride to the train station for our departure!
Our week long stay was too short and we can't recommend this property highly enough! Just note that there is a youth indoor bubble enclosed sports complex nearby. We didn't find the noise an issue and it always ended by 10pm.

An incredibly beautiful location. Being in an extensive lemon grove with gorgeous gardens. 5 mins to the train station and excellent supermarket. 5 mins to a bar/ restaurant overlooking the coast and islands (and beach down the hill)

Liked the lovely garden full of lemon, orange and cherry trees with a range of chairs tables and sun loungers to be able to relax. Angela was a lovely host and despite not speaking english we managed to communicate very well. The location is perfect for getting into Sorrento either by bus, train or walking and whilst not too touristy had a good range of restaurants.
The only thing that marred the stay a little bit was the noise from the sports hall at the rear of the building. It is a large tented area and so the sound really echoes. It only happens early evening.
