La Perla Rara – Style Steps from Sorrento

Recently renovated and carefully designed with bold green and red tones, quality wooden flooring and cinema-inspired prints, it offers character and personality just minutes from Sorrento, yet away from the crowds.

Overlooking the tree-lined Viale dei Pini in central yet peaceful Sant’Agnello, it combines a strategic location with residential calm.

Located on the first floor (16 steps), the apartment has been recently renovated with a clear vision: refined yet welcoming, where deep green and red tones meet warm wooden flooring.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, desk and open wardrobe, with direct access to the balcony and plenty of natural light. It is designed for rest and comfort, with quality bed linen and carefully chosen details.

The living area is spacious and bright, with a comfortable double sofa bed when needed, a Smart TV and a round dining table with four chairs. Cinema-themed prints add personality and a distinctive touch.

The kitchenette is practical and essential, equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and kettle — ideal for breakfast or light meals — but there is no stovetop. Given the central location, this encourages guests to enjoy the local restaurants and cafés nearby.

There are two bathrooms: one full bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towel set, and a second service bathroom.

Air conditioning and fast, reliable Wi-Fi are available throughout the apartment, suitable for remote work or streaming. Each guest is provided with a set of three towels (face, shower and bidet towel), bed linen and a courtesy kit including soap, shampoo and toilet paper.

The balcony stretches from the living room to the bedroom and is equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers overlooking the tree-lined avenue — a peaceful space to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

The apartment is entirely for guests’ private use. Check-in is carried out in person by a member of our staff, who will welcome you at the property. Arrival time must be agreed in advance; we will contact you privately a few days before your stay to coordinate everything smoothly.

Check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Upon arrival, a valid ID for each guest will be required for mandatory registration with local authorities.

La Perla Rara does not offer private parking, but street parking is available in permitted areas at an approximate cost of €15 per week. This is a convenient and affordable option considering the central location and easy access on foot or by public transport.

A car is not necessary during your stay, as the train station and main services are within walking distance.

Upon arrival, a valid ID for each guest will be required for mandatory registration with local authorities.

The city tax for Sant’Agnello is €4.00 per person per night, payable in cash upon arrival, and applies from April to October. Minors are exempt.
