Barraco Lodge

El lugar es realmente increíble, los paisajes y las vistas espectaculares, la comida también es exquisita y el lodge es muy cómodo.

Si bien la mayoría del personal es muy amable, notamos que el trato de algunos se basaba en el presupuesto de los huéspedes y si tomaron alguna actividad en el lodge (en nuestro caso no tomamos). Por ejemplo, a nosotros nos subían y bajaban en tractor mientras al resto en Van, y nos sugirieron más de una vez que nos fuéramos el día antes del check out a puerto varas por el horario de nuestro vuelo. De todas formas, en general fueron muy amables y simpáticos.

Everyone here made us feel so welcome from the first moment of picking us up on their boat to the pick sour and snacks. We were served an amazing lunch on the patio that was delicious and beautifully presented. There is a waterfall on the property where we cooled off and not to mention the adorable dogs who live there who made it like a home. We had a very nice room with a king bed and a wonderful bathroom too with nice hot water and a claw foot tub. Dinner was delicious and served into the dining room with the other guests who we really enjoyed meeting too. Sadly only stayed one night but highly recommend this if you want a cool experience on lake Tagua Tagua. There are activities but we didn’t stay long to enjoy hiking in the park or fishing.

I would have liked to swim in the lake but doesn’t seem to have access. Maybe canoeing or kayaking.
