la distribucion de las instalaciones son excelentes, la calidad de las camas y el equipamiento de la cocina son lo necesario para pasar una grata estadia en Puerto Varas.
mejoraria un poco la calefacccion, equipos mas potentes.

Buena ubicación, fácil de llegar, limpio, cómodo. Muy lindo el departamento. Había café, azúcar cuando llegamos. También nos dieron toallas y sábanas. El departamento no es frío y tiene 3 estufas que nos mantuvieron calefaccionados mientras estuvimos ahí. El lugar donde está ubicado es tranquilo, no hay ruido en la calle.
El departamento en general cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Solo mencionar lo que comuniqué al encargado, que una ventana no cerraba bien lo que hacía entrar una corriente de aire, la puerta del baño de abajo no se puede cerrar por dentro porque te quedas encerrado y una de las estufas tenía un enchufe más o menos malo. Todo solucionable con debida mantención. El resto todo perfecto, es un lindo lugar y muy acogedor.
