Great location. Spacious flat. Good value
It was a little noisy but we expected that. It is right on rainbow street. Ear plugs were provided. But we used noise canceling headphones. That is absolutely the only negative

Great location to the downtown. Spacious for two people.
Parking situation could be a bit more clear.

The location can't be beat. You walk out the door and you're right in the heart of Reykjavic
There was a lot of noise from the parking lot next to the windows and from other guests coming and going. If you're sensitive to noise it may wake you up.
