La limpieza, por ejemplo, telarañas en varios sitios, radiadores manchados de suciedad, la pared de la cocina manchada con salsa roja, el inodoro bastante sucio, etc.; y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones, por ejemplo, paredes dañadas, el gancho del cuadro ausente en la pared principal del comedor, zócalos despegados, etc.
