Very nice location, restaurant nearby was sooo good :)

There were no doors with normal handles, so we couldn’t close the doors properly. Also no conditioner, with +37 it was hard to do something at the apartment.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Der Pool war hervorragend und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt – perfekt, um sich nach einem Ausflug abzukühlen. Auch der Tennisplatz war in einem sehr guten Zustand und hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Das absolute Highlight waren jedoch die Abende im Garten: Mit einer Pizza und einem Glas Wein den Blick über die sanften Hügel der Toskana zu genießen, war einfach traumhaft. Die Ruhe, die Aussicht und die Atmosphäre machen diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch das Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Essen ist hervorragend, die Atmosphäre einzigartig – einfach das i-Tüpfelchen eines rundum gelungenen Aufenthalts. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The location is lovely, in the middle of nowhere. The WiFi is good

The place needs some upkeep and a good clean between each guest. Things were broken, run down, paintwork shabby, cobwebs everywhere, toilet had a temperamental flush, tap water ran brown from time to time so we brought bottled. I think the places just gets left by the owners to tick over. Looked at using the washing machine and it was full of stones so didn't even try. No kettle or coffee machine The accommodation is set over two sights which i don't think is explained on booking.com and the restaurant is situated a 5 mins drive away. Its not all on one sight. The tennis court needs a good clean and tidy and the swings tipped over when my child swung in them. Most of the benches were broken and the bbq hadn't been cleaned since probably last year! If you want rustic and just a base for a night or two its fine. The place could be amazing with a little love.
