Great location, very spacious grounds, very quiet woth excellent staff

My toilet was broken, but was able to fill it up with water from the shower after every use

Th staff were friendly and really helpful! 😊 The food was fresh and scrumptious! The beds, linens and towels were clean & fresh.

One of the rooms had issue with water stagnation in the bathroom

There is was no hot water kettle in the room and some coffee, sugar sachets. It's very important to have them in the rooms for late night tea/coffee

We were looking for a weekend getaway, a relaxing location with a quiet atmosphere. The location met our expectations.

I had requested a diet that takes care of someone suffering from diabetes, but this was not considered for all the meals, not just breakfast. The room had one chair, but this was addressed and an extra chair provided after what we were infiormed as consultations. We didn't use the gym and spa facilities because of a lack of proper communication from the hotel on the working hours of these facilities. The hotel can improve on this. The room did not have some of the facilities promised on the booking platform. A working table with an appropriate chair was missing. There was some noted slowness in offering services on the part of the attendants.
