We stayed 2 nights at that B&B apartments. Everything specified in the description is correct. B&B placed in the centre of Montecatini. We travelled to Florence for 2 days by car - it is nice option not to pay the full price of Florence's hotels. In the way to the hotel, we have late in case of road issues. The host waited for us to 22.00 and placed in room. Room is okay, but it is not quite (plumping is very loud at night - we stayed on first floor) and has no windows. There is a small kitchen, but only the one pan for an induction heater: everything was made from aluminium. Parking is for residents, but the host told that it is free for us. That was great.
Very nice and tasty breakfast in Central Bar. Price is better than if you order the same in the bar directly. I think that it is the best croissants that we tasted in all Italian holidays.
I also think that is Monticatini is made for English grandma's: it is really not for young :D
