The owner and his colleague were exemplary. Very friendly and helpful. Kept in touch as our plane was delayed and we had a late check in. The rooms are very spacious and we were lucky to have a balcony on which to have our morning coffee. Also 5/10 walk to the train station for Firenze and Lucca. Beds comfy too. I would stay again if on the area.

Easy location close to town centre.
Steff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always there with a smile and really tried to make stay welcoming
Rooms were a good size, fresh clean and easily accessible with a lift
Concierge were ready with recommendations, very handy
neighbours were awful, loud and disrespectful, late at night, not just to us, but to many, I believe they were addressed about their etiquette, which we appreciate

The location of this hotel is very near all the attractions that Montecatini Terme has to offer. It's close to shopping and restaurants which you can walk to from here. The hotel staff, front desk and maid service, were very accommodating and extremely nice.
The hotel is quite old and has seen better days. It desperately needs a face lift. It does not have parking (you have to find your own and we knew that as we have stayed in Montecatini before). The rooms are not super clean and the bathrooms are old and rustic. No frills whatsoever is a good way to describe it. There is only breakfast to be had, although this was good. They do not serve drinks or food otherwise.
