Great, helpful, friendly staff, communication was easy even though not everyone speaks English there! Ideally located if you want to relax from busy Naples, excellent restaurant and full breakfast (not only croissants and coffee as mentioned in some comments). Saturday late evening atmosphere was party-like, but music stopped around midnight and you don't hear much of it inside the rooms.
It would have helped to add info how to get there on public transport, which is quite simple: From Naples Garibaldi/Central Station, take line 8 to Pratola Ponte, from there it's a 10 min walk (ticket price is 2,20 €). Avoid going there by taxi from Naples, prices are horrible.

Non c’è l aqua per lavarsi la doccia era vecchia il bidè apicicato al muro senza spazio promettono parcheggio ma ci abbiamo parcheggiato in strada
