Spiro Guest House

The location was okay and easy to find out and very convenient for me to be able to go in to the beach and very close to other beaches like Spille,Potam. It was very quiet place and the beds very comfy and clean. The stuff very nice people.

My room was big and had a balcony but with no view at all, no Tv room, no air conditioning.

Not so clean. The apartment was very empty and not so corzy. It would had been nice with some cups and maybe a keddle to make coffee.

Great location. Friendly host. Gave us a beach parasol which was well needed, and great restaurant tips.

The location is incredible. My room had a stunning view over the beach, and I could be in the water in under 30 seconds after leaving the apartment. The Wifi was also good and there were many powerpoints throughout the room. The bed was comfortable. Think of this less as an apartment, and more so a hotel room with hostel style furnishings. I believe the family that run it are improving it over time. The hosts are kind.

The room was fine, but it was not very functional. It is advertised as a 'new building' however I would argue that it is not finished being built. There are many unfinished pieces, and cables etc out of the walls. The power went off multiple times per day. Aside from one single bedstand, there are no countertops, shelves or benches to put your belongings on. The kitchen has no shelf, no taps, it was a fridge with 2 mugs and 3 forks. No plates or glasses. The bathroom had no shelves so I had to keep my toiletries on the floor. It also flooded when showering as there was no curtain. There is also no mirror in the bathroom/apartment. It did not have the soundproofing, toiletries or hairdryer as advertised on the listing. There was no washing facility and the owner was unable to recommend me a laundromat in town.
