About this house rental
Beautifully Furnished Downtown Beach House!
Come enjoy this large beach house excellent for entertaining your family on vacation! Just steps to the beach and boardwalk. Located in the heart of downtown ocean city, rated as one of the top beaches in the USA!
There are 3 kitchens (one on each level for family convenience) and are designed with custom cabinetry and fully stocked for your cooking and entertaining. Also three living rooms on each level. Lavish bathrooms with soaking tubs. Flat screen TVs in all living rooms.
The largest outside decks in town. 3 decks (one on each level) approx. 300 sq. ft. each deck. Plenty of deck furniture for setting, dining, and relaxing in the sun and shade. Over 1000 square feet of outside decks.
Free wireless secure internet. Keep the family in fresh clothes with our front load whirlpool washer and dryer and extra set of stack W/D for more wash. Free on site/off street parking. About 6 cars max can fit stacked in the driveway.
Walking distance to famous Eateries, Pubs, Restaurants, Clubs, Arcades, Amusement rides and Games. Family fun for all ages. Great downtown vacation location, close to all the fun Ocean City attractions!
Safety First at this new home with a state of the art sprinkler system throughout the house and safety detectors in every room. Central air conditioning with separate controls for each level and ceiling fans to fit the comfort of all in your family. Exterior entrances from each Floor level with steel door double lock system. Interior stairway system with safety lighting with interior steel lockout equipped doors. Optional separate vacation suite living for large family/friends OR open entire house as one large home.

Normal in season stays are from Saturday-Saturday.
We can split the house to individual floors if there is availability.

The downstairs floor smelled like cats. I am not sure if pets are allowed but the lingering odor made no one want to stay on the bottom floor. The rest of the house was great: spacious living room and kitchens, adequate bedrooms and bathrooms, great location to the beach, ample parking. However it is listed a parking spot out front of the house, however that is street parking and not dedicated to this house so someone else was parked there the entire time. If you are counting on that extra space out front, don’t. You do need to Uber to restaurants and Seacrets, but it was a short ride. The bathrooms had some left over hair in the shower which was kind of icky. Overall, large house that accommodates a large group. Recommend bringing your own sheets towels and pillows and linens.

We had family members who live in different households and somewhat apart from each other. Each floor being essentially a separate unit was perfect for sleeping and morning privacy but allowed "visiting" each other's living rooms, movies for the kids upstairs, OGs talking downstairs, etc. Perfect.

Property is awesome in every way that matters except cleanliness. The place has been lived in hard with permanent black marks on all of the floors, closets full of dirt, broken door frames/chairs etc. The price was insane for the quality of the place. In an alternate world where this unit was properly cared for it would be worth the price paid.
