Gut ausgestattete Küche mit genügend Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draussen. Zudem ein elektrisches Tor für den Innenhof und somit sichere Parkplätze
Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Bettsachen waren teilweise befleckt. Überall war eine recht dicke Staubschicht. Die untere Dusche zerfällt in ihre Einzelteile inklusive Schimmel. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner sind nicht unbedingt in einem nutzbaren Zustand gewesen, sowie die Spülmaschine mit Essensreste die eingetrocknet waren. Auch hatten wir im unteren Stockwerk von Anfang an Ameisen auch ohne Essensreste.
