瑞穂駅から近く、分かりやすい場所。 バス停にも近く便利。飲料水は、１階ロビーにあり自由に飲めます。冷蔵庫も共用のが１階に。数人泊ならかなりリーズナブルです。
掃除が行き届いた施設ですが、地域柄かバスルームのカビが多いのが残念でした。
