房間空間大，價格吸引人，停車相當方便，民宿環境清幽但離瑞穗市區開車又很近.若住在靠鐵軌這一側的邊間，晚上又列車經過時很美.

雖然已知民宿座落在郊區，傍晚以後會有蟲出沒，但這並不包含房間內會有活的蟑螂，而且還是在床沿發現的.
