L'emplacement idéal en front de mer, la vue sur le port. Dépaysement garanti ! L'appartement est lumineux et assez grand pour accueillir un couple avec enfants.
Le ménage n'était pas fait. Les équipements à moderniser et à entretenir (four au gaz sale et peu pratique, lave-vaisselle sans sel, fuite dans la douche). L'isolation phonique et thermique - huisseries- (des fourmis passent par la fenêtre de la cuisine).
