C'est l'appartement du village, pas de clim ou d'équipement moderne.

The owner was very friendly and even brought us watermelon and tomatoes from her garden. We appreciated the option of free parking near the beach and the little train running from Bale to the coast. The terrace was lovely and there was a nice espresso machine. Bed was comfortable.

We encountered some bad luck during our stay — there were several concerts, which was fun, but meant it was hard to find parking when returning in the evening as there is not a reserved spot allocated to the flat. There is no air conditioning, as the listing states, and the fans did do a good job keeping the room cool enough to sleep, but the street noise from neighbours, which went on well past 23:00 on multiple occasions made sleeping very challenging and contributed to our decision to cut the trip short. At that point the lack of AC becomes and issue, because you really need to open the windows and then you are at the mercy of whatever is happening in the street. The flat is charming and classic, but also a bit tired and could use some refreshing in decor and furnishings. We are not large people but even for us the bathroom was extremely small — the photos in the listing are very flattering. The WiFi is basically non-existent, we managed to connect once during our stay, with the door to the rest of the building open.

The property photos are deceiving, the terrace depicted is off limits to guests, or at least it was to us. There were people going out there, may be it depends on the room you get, but could be clarified. Same with the kitchen. The room and bathroom was small and could use a refresh, but for the two of us without kids it was acceptable for the price. No A/C and shaky WiFi. Also don't forget to bring your own toiletries.

Posizione vicina a diverse spiagge e attrazioni, comodo anche il parcheggio. I gestori molto cordiali e disponibili, Appartamento giusto per 3 ospiti, pulito ed in ordine.

sarebbe il caso di sistemare la tenda del balcone e rinnovare la doccia.
