About this house rental
The upstairs open plan lounge/kitchen flows out to a large entertainment deck with BBQ. All bedrooms are generous. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The first of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a king bed and the third upstairs bedroom has 1 bunk set (single over double) plus an extra mattress. Also upstairs is a bathroom with separate toilet. The downstairs bedroom is very large and contains a single bunk set, a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed. This bedroom also has a large corner lounge suite,TV and DVD player and en-suite bathroom with shower. The bach is centrally located to suit all water sports. It is only a short walk along the track to the ocean beach and inner harbour. Also nearby is the Bowentown boating club which has concreted boat ramps. Smaller boats can be launched off the sand at Anzac Bay or Kayaks can be walked from the bach to Athenree harbour. Great for cyclists and walkers with many off-road trails, and a BMX track within close proximity. Minutes walk to children's playground.

We had a great time, communication was fabulous, house was well set up (particularly the kitchen). Beach was a short walk away and the views from the deck were second to none.

Great spot with amazing sea views, alfresco dining on the deck, plenty of room for everyone. Made good use of the big bbq. Really appreciated the fridge, freezer and pantry being cleared for our stuff. We could have used more freezer space but otherwise all good. Big thumbs up from the family.

This was a very relaxed property with plenty of space for the family to spread out. We really enjoyed playing the board games. Super easy access to the beach and very close to the boat ramp. Kitchen had everything we needed. Neighbours were very welcoming.

Location was excellent, an easy walk to the beach. The house was very clean and the kitchen, living, outdoor area made it easy for all of us to be together.
A lovely beach holiday.
