The best in this location is the vibe of a community. Not just people who happen to sleep in the same room but really people who talk with each other, go out together. I’m still in contact with some people :)

It isn't easy to find because they don't have any sign in the street.

No AC in room during summer, it’s super hot. Shower water is unstable.

It felt relatively safe. Location near Marjanishvili metro is great. The owner lives on-site. WiFi worked well, showers were ok, with good temperature and pressure. You can cancel any time.

It's actually not a guest house, it's a flat in a residential house which was turned into a hostel. My room was next to the kitchen and balcony, meaning I was hearing lots of noise in the evening, and cigarette smoke from the balcony was constantly getting in. Linen also smelled of cigarettes. The door is glass, so light was also getting into my room from the kitchen. The kitchen/common room was terribly messy, there were food leftovers, basically the whole place serves as a dump for different items. My room/bathroom did not have any rubbish bin. No towel or toiletries provided. I think it's cash only, but not sure.
