We arrived late due to a flight delay & had no problem checking in. Kevin was always available & helpful. The breakfast that he cooked was enough to last us until dinner. Everything was clean & the bed was comfortable. The property is a 20min walk to town. It feels like a home stay.
The room was a bit cluttered.

The breakfast & coffee send off that Kevin cooks U in the morning is quite amazing!!
Room definitely needs a smart tv as tv reception constantly cuts in and out and there's good wifi there these days everyone is streaming shows or going on YouTube,would be much better 😉

We loved our host Kevin, so happy and very informative. He cooked us a wonderful breakfast every morning. Great fresh brewed coffee. Kevin told us about daily events in Hobart, markets, festivals etc.
The accommodation is dated and could do with a tidy up. Grounds were overgrown. But rooms and bathroom were clean, good towels and comfy bed.

Kevin was an excellent host. He met us at the door. He was lovely to talk to. The location was great to get to downtown Hobart with busses going either direction close by.
The room we were in felt like an add on room. Very dark and not entirely clean. Glasses and countertops were not clean. The toilet was not fully cleaned. Electrical fittings are not well done. The room was not what it looked like in the advertisement.
