If you're after a 5 star stay then maybe this isn't your type of place but if you're after an amazing host and a value for money stay with an amazing host then look no further than Kevin at Lowena Cafe. The property is undergoing a facelift but the shower was hot and the beds super comfy. Kevin greeted us on arrival and explained the property and the next morning cooked us a great breakfast and unlimited coffee if we wanted it. The location is a short walk down the hill to the CBD and close to what we needed. If you're not too pretentious then you'll enjoy your stay at Lowena Cafe with the wonderful Kevin as your host.

Only thing that bothered us was that there was no bin in the bedrooms.
