Zeer mooi hotel met luxueuze kamers met eigen terras en jacuzzi. Modern design met typische elementen zoals de prachtige tuin en lobby. Zwembad is mooi en groot genoeg. Ook goede ligging. Zeer weinig gasten (in juli) dus zeer rustig. Topontbijt maar helaas niet in hotel, maar bij El Capitan op wandelafstand. Fernando aan de balie is super sympathiek.
Restaurant en bar zijn gesloten. Hoewel de kamers foutloos zijn, lijkt de rest hier en daar wat verwaarloosd. Kapotte lampen, verweerd hout, vuile banken. Zeer weinig gasten dus ook niet echt sfeer. Eerste dag twee flesjes water op de kamer, worden ook na navraag niet aangevuld de dagen erna.

La habitación es muy confortable. La ubicación es muy buena. El personal muy amable
La piscina, estaba siempre llena de hojas y creo que tiene poco mantenimiento. No está sucia pero lo parece. Necesitaría un mejor mantenimiento y sobre todo, limpieza de las hojas que caen continuamente en el agua.

Rooftop is really nice, pool is nice with a good amount of beds, a nice setting for the restaurant. Rooms are a great size.
Area is not the prettiest (not the fault of property), breakfast in the morning can be slow.

The pool area is really nice and relaxing.
The welcome is already annoying. You get told a million rules, have to pay lots of deposit, sign many things like you might be a criminal...
The hotel was empty and yet even an hour check-out later was not possible free of charge.
At night we expected a really quiet night but it was ultra loud both nights. Not sure if it was the generator or what it was but made it impossible to sleep properly.
The staff at breakfast again made you feel really unwelcome. They explain the menu and what you're allowed to order and when you order extra, they reiterate many times that you have to pay extra, just to make sure you have the money....
And then there's check out where again, they treat you like you might be a bad behaved person where they go to the room first to check if you left the room in a decent state before releasing the money. So while you're waiting you get eaten alive by mosquitos.
