Ottima la posizione in centro storico. Appartamento con tutto l'essenziale. Presente anche un mini-market a 50 metri. Il proprietario è stato cortese e disponibile a risolvere un paio di nostre richieste
Nei giorni di maggior caldo il condizionatore non riusciva a raffrescare l'appartamento la notte. Attenzione agli orari della ZTL. La macchina può entrare quando è aperta solo per carico-scarico. Poi va parcheggiata a pagamento nei dintorni

Posizione centrale, appartamento pulito e accogliente. Comunicazione con l’host chiara e puntuale. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.
Trovandosi al piano terra odore di chiuso/umidità, accendendo il deumidificatore e aprendo le finestre meglio ma credo sia un problema delle case di Cagliari al piano terra.

A localização era ótima, muito perto do centro e de supermercados. O proprietário foi muito simpático e acessível. O check in foi muito flexível (chegamos tarde e não houve qualquer problema)
