clean and comfortable. close to the city center only 5 minutes with grab
i used foreign credit card for payment and it shows both rupiah and dollar amount in invoice, which is normal. but it confused the staff so she had to check it with accounting team which took long time. she should have known and been trained about this stuff

Location is nearby and easy to find transportation. Comforting and welcoming staff as well. I asked for early check in and they allowed me. Very nice of them!
The soap bottle is a bit junky and rusty, seems like it is about to fall off from the wall.
Everyday they will call asking if we want a room service, which could be annoying cause their call woke up my sleeping baby. Which tbh, could be commmunicated to the hotel staff.

Clean place
AC was not sufficient, not cooling the room, was hot. Pillows so thick and high.... Restaurant was noisy, not s pleasant place to have BF.
