This property occupies one of the best locations in De Kelders. It has a stunning seaview and is very private. It has a huge terrace with lots of comfortable seating and a lovely, if cold, pool. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. It also has a braai with loads of wood available. There is a washing machine in the garage and gated private driveway. Very secure.
First off, I would like to say this house is NOT beachfront as described and there is NO beach. It sits on a cliff which has steep access to the cliff path from which you can walk some distance. Also, it should be stated that the 4th bedroom/ensuite is not inside the villa. It's on the far side of the garage. Inside, there is a very nice main bedroom with ensuite and lots of wardrobes. The room faces the sea and has lots of windows. The second bedroom facing the sea has just a bed and wardrobes and quite small. The 3rd bedroom is to the side. It has the biggest bed and a chest of drawers but no hanging space at all. The 2 bedrooms share a large shower room.
