L’emplacement

- Location - walking distance to many of the main places but a bit far from the 2 main closest Metro stations - Seems to have been renovated at the highest standard (shower, bathroom, etc.), very clean and comfortable - Annalisa was very sweet and friendly but sadly did not speak much English - Great view of the sea - Nice balcony for sitting outside - Comfortable bed and pillows - Just next to the promenade so easy to go for walks at the sea - Authentic old Italian style building which made this place special.

- Metro was quite far - It would have been good if there was someone who could spoke English + could give us some local tips (e.g where the metro was, etc). Annalisa was living 40km outside Napoli so no instant support with issues. - AC in the bedroom was not working properly. We had to use a 'wooden broom' to open it every time. - Though we had announced our arrival for 14:00, we had to wait for 45 minutes for the flat to get ready and cleaned. - Issues at arrival - we could also not easily find/connect with Annalisa at arrival when calling her on her mobile. The porter had to call her few times as she was listening to loud music in the flat while cleaning and did not hear her mobile. - It can be noisy at night despite the double-glazed windows and additional wooden doors. There is a Parking place right below the flat.
