The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom is also convenient. Internet connectivity is very good. Bukit Jambul mall is nearby and walkable. Just opposite the hotel, a good restaurant is available. Bus stops are 10 mins walk from the location.
Tips for Improvement: The TV is flat screen but it's not a smart TV. Only local channels are available. Equipped with a good internet connection, a good smart TV may be a good entertainment option.

Non-smoking unit which i like it so much. Easy to check-in/check-out because me n my family arrived late around 2030. Considerate & friendly owner because when 1stly booking for 3 adults,2 kids but in the last minute my niece n nephew would like to join so it became 4 adults,3 kids in that house.. Strategic location Near to place of interest,food stall/restaurant Easy to get Grab/Mycar Peacefull.. If u are introvert person,this place were just suit for u to stay (got wifi,iflix)

Very good wifi & TV, bathroom and air conditioning
Futon beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable. Pillows were thin and hard.
