The property is located near supermarkets, bars, restaurant, trams and bus. Nearest metro is Oktogon station around 7-8 min by walk. At the right side of the doorway is a Korean restaurant if you walk a little bit more you’ll find Vietnamese restaurant, pharmacy shoes shops, etc. Easy access with the door codes to enter the property.
I would suggest to the owner to at least leave 2 bottles of water inside the fridge so guests can take a refreshing drink upon arrival since it is very hot specially during summer.

Good organised
Carpets - i would remove them. It is impossible to wash them after every guest of course, so it will be more cleaner if they did not had a carpets.

Good air conditioning. Very clean. Good tv channels.
Locked into hotel. Had to ask to be let out or let in. No kettle.... Only a small bar fridge and plastic cups.
