Central and comfortable

The apartment was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room. The owner provided an extensive guide to the area, equipment, etc

The location was for us a big disappointment. The apartment is located in a residential area, high above the river. Town is reached via long steep sets of steps. We soon started walking down the longer but more pleasant road. Also after dark the pathway to the apartment is not really lit, despite several sets of steps. Bearing in mind the location, there were no shops nearby, to stock up on groceries. The above points would matter far less for those with a vehicle. We were surprised to find that the apartment has only one very small window, plus glazing in the door. At any time the lighting needs to be on. This also reduces fresh air ventilation.

It was good for our fitness but if you have any walking difficulties it may not super suitable to do the climb to the top of the stairs. we enjoyed the walk

Manuela was very welcoming even collected from the railway station she has been very helpful.

The apartment had only one small window so no daylight in main rooms only one small window in bedroom with view of passageway. It was a climb up many steps over 100 which was fine for us we are quite fit but could be a problem for some.
