This place is huge and comfortable and clean and perfect for a family! There were more than enough towels and items available to make the stay cozy and easy.
The check in was tricky - it indicated to go through the store - when you don't have to. I arrived and the store was closed and I didn't see the entryway on the outside of the building. I think that the description should focus more on the door outside of the store- to orient the person looking for the keys.

Very spacious rooms. Great beds for adults and the kids. Great big kitchen and big living room. Clean accommodation. Nice to have free Netflix on a big screen TV. Working free internet. Close to the 'Gammel Strand' Metro station, which connects to the Metro to the airport very easily. No need for further public transportation when living here...
Small shower and only one toilet, which is not much when you are 7 people living there for a whole week. Weird only to get 4 cleaning tablets for the dishwasher, when staying there for a whole 7 days. Only 2 toilet paper rolls and no refill. No vacuum cleaner. No soap for dishes or general cleaning. The hand soap dispenser in the toilet, got empty on day 3, with no refill. There is noise from the street, especially on the weekend, but this can be expected when living on the main shopping and tourist visited streets of the city.
- The apartment is great, but it is sometimes, the little things that make the big difference ;)

It was a central location, bedrooms, living space and kitchen where huge!
Only one small bathroom. For the size of the rooms, an additional bathroom should have been added. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen
The lack of sound insolation. We have very noisy neighbours, plus the sound from the street was terrible. You could hear everything outside - from late night conversations when the pubs/clubs closed, road sweepers, people opening shops etc.... All windows were closed, but everyone had very broken sleep. in addition in the master bedroom, no headboard, so pillows rested on boxed radiators unless you moved halfway down the bed
