BARDZO SŁABE WI-FI I DŹWIĘKOSZCZELNOŚĆ ŚCIAN.

Śniadania nie jadłem. Warunki bardzo dobre, spokój mimo, że hotel znajduje się przy stacji paliw. Parking bezpieczny. Usytuowanie obok wielkiego zakładu przemysłowego również nie miało wpływu na spokój i ciszę w hotelu.

Był to nasz kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu i jak do tej pory negatywnych uwag nie mieliśmy.

I booked a room for a holiday. The administrator wrote to me that the hotel staff will not be working that day, the restaurant will be closed, and there will be no breakfast, and the keys could be picked up at a gas station next to the hotel. I approached the woman who worked at the gas station, explained that I needed a key, and showed the message on the Booking. She first said that she knew nothing and did not have any keys. Then another woman came up, who also works at the gas station, and gave me a key. We went to the room, opened it with this key, and saw someone's things there, that is, someone was already living there. I went back to the gas station and said that someone was already living in the room they gave me the key for. Then they told me that there were no other free rooms. I again tried to explain that I booked a room on booking.com and that it was already paid for. Then they told me that there was one free room, but I need to pay them for it. Then I said again that I had already paid for the room in the app. In the end, they gave me a key to a free room. The situation was very unpleasant. I was afraid that someone could also enter our room, because they would mistakenly give him a key to our room at the gas station.
