This place is amazing . We stayed here as a family and it was just perfect for what we needed . Location is about 10 minutes drive from airport and easy to find . Always remember to take the longest route on sat- nav as shortest brings you up a dirt track . You would be better having a hire car due to the location as you would probably end up being a fortune on taxis . Villa is within a gated area and fully secure and would be perfect for solo travellers due to location and how secure . Pool is large and there are plenty sun beds etc dotted around the pool area . There is shaded area also for anyone who doesn’t like full sun . The owners of the villa and the staff working there are really nice and can’t do enough to help you have a great stay . There are 3-4 dogs that you will meet while staying here and all are all lovely friendly dogs . My daughter loves dogs so we would go down every morning early to see the dogs . Everything is clean / beds are really comfy and the whole place just feels nice . Playa Honda is within 5 minute drive / Puerto Del carmen 10-15 mins drive / playa blanca 30 min drive . Plenty of restaurants and shops within 5 mins drive from property . If you are looking for somewhere nice / quiet / peaceful / secure / great location / personal touch and away from the noise of the touristy areas this is defo the place for you .

If I was being super critical the air con in the room we were in wasn’t really the coldest and the WiFi was a bit hit and miss in room . Didn’t bother me as I don’t bother about WiFi when away but kids did mention it a few times . Air con could do with being a bit cooler as room could get a little warm at nights but not unbearable and outside temp was about 30 every day . WiFi works perfect everywhere else around pool area etc so maybe was just where our Room was as we were on the top floor .

La señora que nos atendió al llegar. 1.Quiso cobrarnos en efectivo...nos lo repitió varias veces... 2.Nos dijo que ella pensaba que no íbamos a acudir a la reserva porque me habia llamado a las 20.30h del dia anterior y no habia contestado al teléfono.. 3.La habitación no estaba lista a las 14hs...poniendo en booking que el checking podia ser desde las 11h... 4. Para hacer el chekout no habia nadie en recepción, ni en el complejos, poniendo en booking que habia recepción 24hs. No funcionaba el mando para abrir la puerta del garaje y poder irnos. Tuvimos que pedir ayuda para salir a otros inquilinos.
