A lovely place to stay in warm or hot weather!

The apartment was very clean, fully equipped and well located for the Caminito del Rey. Easy walking distance to a small supermarket and restaurants. We found parking easy on the street.

It was cold. We were very, very cold the entire time. We were told the heating was set - 24 during the day, 20 at night - but that was not the case. It NEVER came close to that. An extra little portable radiator helped a little.

Ardales, lovely quick stop apartment, with rooftop patio

Lovely small town/village. Rooftop patio, lovely view at night. Great to stay over for 1 or 2 nights, but not much to do/see in the village. Roadside parking. 15min from starting point if you want to do the Caminito del Rey Malaga.

Two flights of stairs to get to the Apartment and another flight to the rooftop. You need to clean the shower drain, urgently, as it does not flow the water. It was extremely hot outside, so the aircon does not cool down enough, even with the ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Modern, Light & airy Had everything you need & more Comfy bed & sofa 360 degree views from the terrace. Easy to park outside property on quite street, a few minutes walk from Main Street with all amenities, bars & restaurants

Only negative The air-con wasn’t very efficient & we found it difficult to sleep. Wouldn’t be an issue in cooler months.

Guaranteed view of sunrise, sunset and stars 😁

Excellent apartment with a terrace. Convenient check-in system: keys in a box with a code. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a stay of a couple of nights for 3 people. There were no problems with parking, parking (near the house, in any free place on the street (free), in two days there was always 2-3 free places on the street. There is a small grocery store nearby (2 min. walk). The view from the terrace is gorgeous, I recommend these apartments.

Cute, clean, comfortable and convenient.

A small, very clean apartment with thoughtful facilities just a few minutes walk from the main square. Street parking available outside the property and a small supermarket just a two minute walk away. The terrace is the highlight, with views across the town and countryside. Less than a 15 minute drive to the Caminito del Rey reception area. Good communication beforehand about location, collection of keys and a contact should we need assistance.

No heating in the shower room (it was very cold weather while we were there)

It was unclean - I washed dishes before used, terrace was unclean, some dirty spots on shelves... Shower was broken - we had to clean every time after shower because there was water everywhere.... bed was not soft, as well as pillow

Apartment location excellent for exploring Ardales.

Location of the property is excellent and parking on the street outside was a real bonus

The double bed was a nightmare to get in and out off. It’s much too low to the floor and would be almost impossible for older people to use. Definitely would suggest a change is needed plus the wooden corners at the bottom of the bed were extremely dangerous. I have the scars to prove it !

The apartment is very light, comfortable and modern. The views are excellent, especially from the large roof terrace where you have a near 360 degree panorama. There is lots to do in the area, and the village itself has lots of bars and places to eat. Great for walking too.

Very nice apartment in a very nice location; fully recommendable

New and clean apartment on the top floor of a renovated building. The terrace is a marvel: huge and overlooking the village (we did not use it too much because of winter). Heating is good in winter, but the fuse may turn off the electricity if you heat too much---locate the fuses first! Street parking is freely available right under the house All in all highly recommendable.

As in other evaluations one needs to carry the luggage all the long way up. The kitchen is nice but narrow. The bed is too small (1.4 m). The communication with the host was too slow upon arrivel but the host admin is very nice after I called here up. So please make a contact well in advance!

A Little Gem in Ardales

This is a perfect apartment for 2. There is no lift and there are a few flights of stairs to climb but not a problem for us. the apartment is bright and airy, a comfy sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Decent sized tv with good reception (Spanish only). The kitchen is bijou (as is the bathroom with shower) but well equipped for what we needed. Plenty of wardrobe space. The roof terrace is such an added bonus, private, not overlooked, large and gets hot!!!! Maybe could do with a drying rack or line up there to pop damp towels on etc? Parking outside on the road was OK.

Logement spacieux et confortable au cœur du centre d'Ardales. Belle terrasse. Le petit déjeuner peut se prendre dans des bars à proximité ou bien dans l'appartement. Nous avons toujours trouvé une place pour la voiture au pied de l'immeuble. Suite à un problème de chauffage, la propriétaire est très vite intervenue Nous avons apprécié sa disponibilité.

Pour l'hiver, une notice explicative plus claire pour mettre le chauffage en route.

Apartamento tranquilo, en un lugar tranquilo para desconectar cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas de la zona. El apartamento estaba totalmente equipado y limpio además aceptan mascotas. ¡Tiene una terraza que para desayunar es magnífica!

Perfecto para ir en pareja

El apartamento está muy cerca de la entrada del pueblo, fácil aparcamiento en la misma calle. Un piso muy bonito con cocina, baño, sala de estar y dormitorio. La cocina tenía todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios, había calefacción y todo muy limpio. La terraza maravillosa, vistas a todo el pueblo y al campo, se ve el atardecer y el amanecer.
