A localização é excelente, bem próximo ao farol da Barra, da pra ir andando pela orla. Tem vários bares próximos. O mar em frente foi encantador. Comemos em uma panificadora que dá pra ir andando, de lá pegamos Uber para o pelourinho, que deu menos de R$20,00. O pelourinho, elevador Lacerda e o Mercado Modelo ficam todos próximos um ao outro. Então super valeu a pena ficar nessa localização do Flat. Espaço do apartamento ideal para duas pessoas.
Apenas um pouco do barulho de uma obra no período da tarde que tentei descansar. Mas nada que impedisse de eu voltar a estadia. Vale muito a pena o custo benefício.
