The balcony view (sea and sunset view) is amazing. The location is great. Next to the car park, beach and restaurants/stores. 10min walking from city center.
The property is a bit outdated, needing investment and refurbishment:
- the internet is not stable at all (old modem that needs constant restarting) - so a red warning for remote workers.
- The water heater is “temperamental” impacting on water temperature…a lot of water is wasted until you can finally bathe on warm water.
- Overall pipework needs to be to be checked. Water leak close to the water heater, toilet flushing system stopped working.

Super Lage, Blick, WLan, Kommunikation mit Besitzer.Gasherd war toll zum kochen.
Es gab einiges das renovierungsbedürftig / kaputt war. Haben wir dem Besitzer mitgeteilt, er will sich drum kümmern.
