The building is beautiful — it feels like stepping into a fairy tale. The staff are very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast is very good.

The location is very convenient, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the building itself is authentic and full of character. The breakfast was excellent. They even prepared scrambled eggs and cappuccino for us, and took great care to make sure we were completely satisfied. Overall, it was a truly unique and memorable experience.

Beautiful and atmospheric. Lovely and warm and inviting. Fantastic location, great communication and friendliness from owner and staff.
We loved everything about it. Just note, this is a mountain village and so the area requires lots of up and down stairs and steps.

Beautiful property in excellent location. Our room was very comfortable plus we could use the living room next door, along with the terrace. Breakfast, served by Matilde, a very gracious hostess, was also pretty good. I highly recommend Il Palazzo!
