The location and the price are perfect if you are aiming to stay between Split and Zadar, in a calmer place with a supermarket and a small beach a couple of minutes away from the property.
Parking is in a private yard, the room had a balcony with some seating and a place to hang clothes to dry. The kitchen was fully equipped for proper meal cooking.
The payment was only in cash, from what we understood, the owners did not speak English (but spoke some other languages, so communication is possible as long as you know at least German:).

Friendly owner mr. Ante, and his wife, house is a bit old but you still have everything what you need for one or two nights sleep, it's on a quiet location with a nice balcony and a garden view
Place is a bit too rustical, could be renovated

Friendly host. Quiet location and lot of parking on street.
No towels. Shared bathroom. Bed is shorter then standard size. Matress was uncomfortable

Ljubazna domaćica iako nismo noćili tamo,već koristili sobu samo za dnevni odmor,jer je bilo u sobi jako vruće unatoč tome što smo imali ventilator.
Dosta bučna soba,slaba izolacija i nedostaje klima uređaj, ali onda sigurno nebi bila ta cijena sobe.
