posto bellissimo immerso nel verde.. con una piscina spettacolare, pulitissima , attrezzatissima , appartamenti puliti, ordinati ben arredati, spaziosi , dotazioni dell'appartamento idonee per un soggiorno volendo in totale autonomia.., bagni puliti ordinati con acqua calda immediata (particolare non trascurabile) l'host il Sig. Matteo persona gentile simpatica e disponibile sa indicare sia per i posti da visitare che i posti dove fare pranzo o cena..ci tornerò appena possibile!

L'accueil est formidable. La piscine est superbe (attention uniquement grande profondeur). L'appartement était très spacieux et l'air conditionné bienvenu. La localisation près de Montalcino est pratique pour visiter le Val d'Orcia (mais il y plus central)

L'appartement était un peu sombre et vieillot. La cuisine pourrait être un peu mieux agencée et équipée (pas de four ni de lave vaisselle, nous avons du déplacer le four à micro-ondes pour pouvoir le brancher...) Mais comme on ne vient pas pour passer beaucoup de temps a l'intérieur ça va. Ça serait d'ailleurs chouette d'avoir un espace salon/apero à l'extérieur (autre que les tables autour de la piscine) La vue depuis le domaine est cachée par les arbres donc on ne profite pas vraiment des beaux paysages de la région.

Beautiful scenery set in Tuscan hills surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The sound of nature gave peace and tranquility especially around the pool which at times were completely free of other guests as there are only 8 apartments in the main building which meant there were plenty of loungers and the pool was large and perfect for our children to splash around and learn to swim, the pool was cleaned daily, plenty of shaded sun loungers, a beautiful cloister setting if you want to eat under shade or play board games or just enjoy the peace with a glass of the wine, a large historical building (former dwelling for monks from the Abbey) is beautifully traditional with stone walls, beams and original features. It was quiet and you can be undisturbed if you choose however we loved getting to know Matteo our host and other international guests. The apartments were clean with great amenities such as hob, fridge, crockery and cutlery and pots and pans to cook should you wish to eat at the property which we did for lunches and some dinners, local supermarket familia was around a 10 minute drive and reasonably priced. Loved the wine and olive oil tasting with Matteo on site with the families own Brunello wine. Great distance from other vineyards for wine tasting and montalcino and good location for longer trips to larger cities such as Siena.

There is absolutely nothing we could fault. It’s more than we could have expected and exceeded all expectations. Perfect for our family of adults and 3 children 11,12 and 17. Matteo couldn’t have been more helpful kind and a great host. This is not a hotel so if you’re looking for onsite restaurants and daily cleaning this is not for you, although linens and towels were refreshed during our 10 night stay this is more of a self catering property which is exactly what we wanted for flexibility and privacy. For a traditional Tuscan agritiuriso this is the absolute dream. Car is a must to travel to site see.

La struttura è molto bella ed accogliente, la piscina è favolosa e Matteo che gestisce la struttura è disponibile competente ed attento a soddisfare le richieste.
