Doskonała lokalizacja, przystępna cena, doskonały kontakt z personelem, łatwość w zameldowaniu, warunki jak na to co było mi potrzebne były w porządku, plusem jest napewno to że w cenie mamy zapewnioną całkowitą prywatność.
Lokal troszkę "zmęczony życiem" nie zaszkodziło by lekkie odświeżenie, lub dokładniejsze posprzątanie.

Lokalizacja, portiernia, winda i prywatna łazienka to jedyne plusy.
Niestety o ile meble i wyposażenie po przejściach jeszcze by mnie nie przeraziły, to brud już tak. Nie będę wchodzić w szczegóły, ale wynajmując ten apartament trzeba się liczyć, że to miejsce zrobione jest na sztukę i zarobek.Cena do jakości nawet ciut wysoka, ale lokalizacja to jeszcze broni. Kontakt ok. Zgłoszone wady zostały bez odzewu, więc wynajmujący wie o wszystkim i tak to zostawia.
