Very central to all the bars & restaurants, easy walking distance to transport hubs, ferry and local points of interest. If you intend to embrace German social culture, this is definitely the place to stay. The place was kitted out with quality goods and the attention to detail (Netflix, Barrister Coffee machine, drinks in fridge, mobile chargers etc) made the difference.
For those looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, be aware the downside of being so central in a vibrant city centre where bars & clubs stay open to 6AM was the noise. That said, the triple glazing and second floor location was good enough for me - my wife availed of the earplugs which were supplied for light sleepers.

The AC Would not turn on the second night because the timer light was flashing. I could not open the windows because of all the bar noise on the streets below and the appartment got really stuffy and miserable so I did not get much sleep the night before thus the less than perfect rating.

Very sharp decor, modern, bright and tasteful. Very clean space, comfortable and welcoming.

Very noisy area until late night. The water from the shower that goes past the screen and pours out and wets the mat around the toilet.
