The wify didn’t work all week,nothing else

The view was amazing and it was a beautiful property. The hosts were great, answered questions as needed and it was very comfortable.

Parking was a little difficult because there were many vehicles using the same spots. It is a tight road leading to the property, but that was to be expected in the area. Information was limited compared to rentals I’ve used in the past in the US, but they also did not have a long list of things to do before check out.

The villa was generally comfortable and suitable for our group of ten people.

Communication and organisation were disappointing. They contacted me on the day of check-in and said that we needed to arrive before 14:30, otherwise, the keys would not be available until 17:00. At 16:30, they sent another message saying that the keys would instead be handed over at 17:30. As a result, all ten of us had to wait at the villa for the host to arrive and give us the keys. On the day of check-out, the host arrived without any prior notice at 09:30 together with the cleaner, expecting us to leave. We felt pressured and were forced to leave earlier than planned. I later contacted the host through WhatsApp to ask why this had happened, but I received no response. There were also maintenance issues. The living-room air conditioner leaked onto the veranda, leaving it covered with water every morning. In addition, one of the villa’s two toilets had a problem with flushing.
