The beds were comfy, location for shops and buses was good.
Didn't like the how you need to go down a lane to get to the property not well lit also the lane was full of pot holes and the biggest one right outside the gate to get into the property should really be fixed. While waiting for a lift the owner who i hadn't met yet asked me if he could help and i replied and said no thanks and he said aww sorry I'm just waiting on people coming and i replied that's me and he said aww i have a leak in the boiler so there will be someone out to have a look.. then said do you know when you'll be back? I replied said no as my dad is sick and he said just so the worker doesn't disturb you? So before i left my mum's house i messaged the owner and asked if boiler guy had been and he said no? We finally went back to the apartment for 1.45pm and around 4.30 we're in the room kids are playing in the livingroom and just hear a man's voice ohh sorry i wasn't told there was people in! Poor guy kept apologising to us as he wasn't told we were in there and the owner had just given him a key to let himself in.. now i could have been in there on my own in a shower and a man walks in, in my eye's this isn't acceptable the owner should have told the man he had guests booked in.

Easy to find, had everything you need. The bed was so comfortable. The owners are also 10*, we accidentally left our dogs bowls there and I contacted them about an hour or 2 after check out and let them know asking for them to be sent back and I’d pay, they responded straight away and had them sent down, honestly top notch hosts!
We didn’t have hot water on the Sunday morning but we didn’t mind and there was no issues throughout the rest of our stay.

Great location - Southside's really nice, lots of bus and train connections to city centre and further afield. We went all over. Flat itself was really clean and in top condition, really appreciated the cooking and cleaning facilities there, made it feel a lot more homely. The garden was great and there was even a couple of friendly cats in the area that paid us a visit. The bed and sofa etc were really comfortable and the dining table was great. There was lots of space and really everything we needed for a great price. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are up!
The tellies didn't work very well but that wasn't a big problem. WiFi connection was great so when we did fancy chilling we made our own fun.

Location perfect for Hampden and the owner gave very clear instructions to find the property.
Kitchen had a frying pan on the hob filled with grease and dirty plates and glasses on the worktops when we arrived. We thought we were in someone’s house! Bathroom is very damp. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned and because of the damp, spare toilet roll was soaking wet.

Good location
Dark back lane to access
Living room very cold, no heating in it, stayed in the bedroom most of the time

Place was very clean and spacious. Great shower and heating for cold nights.
Good location, like 5 mins walk to station and 8 min train to Glasgow central.
There are puddles in the laneway after rain, got a bit wet one night but that ain’t much to do with the place itself.

Easy to find once supplied with instructions, free on-street parking and a good location. The flat was supplied with a dishwasher, hair dryer and blankets which was great.
It was very, very difficult to get the property warm. There was a thermostat remote in the living room, but no matter what you set the temperature at the room temperature wouldn’t go up. I had to sit in bed with the electric radiator on in the bedroom the whole time I was in the flat to keep warm.

Modern and functional
Floors needed hovering and mopping - hairs on floor and dusty at corners.

The one bed was comfortable and WiFi was good
It wasn't very disabled friendly as there were steps to get into the property, plus there was no lighting in the back garden, so had to buy a torch as we have a young child. We were unable to use the sofa bed as it was broke. The floor in the kitchen was slippery, especially after coming out of the bathroom, which also had a step. There was a leak in the bathroom as everytime you used the toilet you would get dripped on. So because of these issues we decided to cut our holiday short and leave early.

we have never been in such dirty appartment

Location was ok
Place is in need of a full refurbishment.
Mould everywhere, the place smelt of mould (picture frames, side of toilet, shower cubicle, things inside the draws), towels freying, sofa bed was broken, no door with just a curtain over the door frame, electrics need up to date pac testing (extension lead last tested 2018, kept turning off straighteners), cooker not situated properly and was dirty inside, floor was rotten (think it's been damaged by water), wardrobe has started bowing so nails are sticking out at the back, cobwebs everywhere, phone would not charge properly, needs lighting out the back in the alleyway as we slipped multiple times on the step, parking is not as described, it says it has a parking space but it is parking on the road with a sign for permit holders only when Hampden events are on, had to phone up tseveral times to find out information although the person was still not helpful.

Nothing
Everything, it was not clean properly. The extra bed was fully broken, the matters was too old and worn. The sofa are too old and smelly also found some dead insects. No toothpaste in the toilet, only 4 tissue roll.

Location was okay as it was next to hamden park
Flat was damp, woodlice everywhere, kitchen floor was very slopy and uneaven, lights in both kitchen and bedroom were flashing so not acceptable for people with epilepsy. Kitchen tap was very very loose and needs replacing. Being pregnant and having an uneaven floor throughout made me very dizzy and felt nauseous when walking around.

Handy for train a train. Handy for the stadium.
Unlit track to property and path to back door. Some unclean facilities, a few unsecured wiring. Other people's belongings in draws and cupboards

The master bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have the heater in the bedroom and living room. Wifi connection was excellent and also the program options on the TV.
Our stay was pleasant for the price paid for three nights.
The areas that could do with improvement are:
Change the sofabed in the sitting room. The mattress did not look clean.
The kitchen and bathroom taps were loose. The water takes a long time to drain from the bathroom sink. Looks like the drain pipe might be clogged.

Superb flat with loads of space, lovely peaceful garden and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts went above and beyond to help us. Loved the fact that we were given information about local amenities and transport options. We would definitely recommend this flat to anyone wanting to stay in Glasgow. Great value for money.
Nothing to dislike

The location was ideal for visiting family and going in to the city centre.
The property had everything you would need without feeling cramped. Surprisingly light and airy.
Mariusz was extremely pleasant and the text with directions to the flat was very helpful.
Good value for money.
I wouldn't say there was anything I particularly disliked. It is a quirky property which could do with a little tlc.

Nothing really
Loud person in flat above, listen the music until 2am, believe me will keep you awake for most night.
Flat is dump, strong smell of mold definitely needs some TLC.
Location not the best, you get to flat from the back, and on the evening weekend there is group of young people with beer, could be a bit scary.
When I told the owner about issues, I had a filling he didn't believe me. Definitely not a place to visit and for sure not for family. I will not come back to this place for free.

Private location
8.0 / 10.0
The location is a lovely, quiet area very nearby Hampden Park, also has plenty shops, cafes and takeaways about 5 minutes away with the train station just over a 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment was easy to find and gain access to, as mentioned in other reviews, the apartment is accessed via a back lane, which we found adequately lit and easy to navigate. Yes the apartment could do with a bit of a makeover but it really is a lovely, cozy wee flat and was perfect for our stay. Nice wee, private garden that would be lovely in the warmer weather. Well worth the money and we will definitely use again the next time we need accommodation in the area.
The only thing that we would say was a negative, was the drainage of the shower. It didn't drain quick enough and the shower tray quickly filled up with water flowing onto the bathroom floor. We had to be in and out the shower in a few minutes to prevent flooding the place.

Really comfortable and cosy.
Kitchen a bit on the cramped side and bathroom a little cold. And quite a leak under the kitchen sink.

Great location for Hampden Park events. Very good communication from host, excellent instructions to check in. comfortable sofas. Clean towels and bedding. clean shower, toilet and kitchen. Price is hard to beat!
No coffee maker.
Floor needs cleaning more thoroughly. Plastic walls in the bathroom need cleaning properly.

The bed was comfortable and the towels and sheets were washed at a high standard
Your able to hear every single movement from the flat above. Which was really uncomfortable

Good price, good location and dog friendly. Was nice to have a garden for the dog to run around in. The bedroom was very large had a lot of open space. Definitely good value for what you get. Large bed.
Garden could do with some TLC. The remote for the TV didn't work, when trying to turn TV off it muted instead. There were hairs where the toiletries are from previous guest. One of the toilet roll also had a strange orange mark soaked in so did not use. Loose taps and slow draining water in the shower. Some loose bulb sockets in the bedroom. Some of the drawers had questionable items in them.
