Mieszkanie znajduje się na osiedlu deweloperskim, poza miastem. Jest dość spore i w miarę nowocześnie urządzone. Nadaje się raczej dla dwóch osób. Wewnątrz znajduje się wszystko, co potrzeba, nawet na kilka nocy, ale przydałoby się zrobić mały remont, czy odświeżenie, bo się już nazbierało parę pierdół. 8/10, - możnaby dopieścić parę detali.
