The location is great for climbing Sri Pada - 5/10 minute walk from the start of the climb. The staff were friendly and the food was very good. For the purpose of visiting Adam’s Peak, it’s sufficient.
I would say the communal area is better looked after than the rooms. The floor in our room was peeling and while we were aware there was no air conditioning, it was warm and a fan was not enough (stayed April 2026). The bed was not particularly comfortable and we did get several insects in the room despite having the door closed. While the staff were absolutely lovely, often they were not around when we needed them.

A great place to stay, with lovely staff. We enjoyed eating here too, and we were made to feel very welcome.

The location was great for doing Adams Peak walk, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The meal area was large with great views and our breakfast was delicious and huge, which is just what you need after the walk.
The room was very basic with an uncomfortable mattress that sat on pallets. For the price, it definitely needs some upgrading.
