Easily walk from this home to anywhere in downtown. Get an amazing night rest with Hotel bedding and rolled towels. Cook your own good food in the homey kitchen. Just renovated with brand new furniture including a memory mattress on a queen size bed and a smart TV with cable channels and WIFI.

Restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, shopping center all just steps away from your house and walk from home to everywhere in the beautiful summer or during winter, but never need to worry about the parking in downtown, nor to worry about the cold weather!
1. Within couple of blocks from all major Mayo Clinic buildings.
2. Canadian Honker ( one of the best Rochester restaurant), McDonald's, KFC, Toppers Pizza, Cherry Berry Yogurt Bar, Bars, Caribou Coffee, grocery stores, Salon, Anderson Wheelchair store, gas station are all on the same road with in few blocks range.
4. Within 10 mins walking distance to all the downtown restaurants/shops/bars.

1. This is a studio with 1 bathroom, and an open kitchen and living room.
2. Your studio is one of the unit inside a 6300 sf multi family house. Please take the main entrance with door code to get into the house, and this studio is just on your right hand side.
3.There are 2 steps to go into the building.
4. There is a share laundry in the second floor of the building, in the end of the hall way, and it is free
Getting Around:
1. Easy to catch the patient bus to the hospital by going across street to the Transplant building.
2. 4 bus stations just next to this house, located at 2nd street, all within 2 mins walking distance.

We loved the location, very close to Mayo Clinic and downtown. Furthermore the price was attractive relative to other places. We felt we received good value for what we paid.
The window coverings were broken. The floor was dirty. We could never get the TV sound to work. It needed another chair to sit in. The bed was not very comfortable. It was hard to keep the water in the shower. The heat was impossible to regulate
