Gennadi Sea Maridina Villa

The Villa is located in a very calm area close to the sea and near Gennadi, a perfect combination if you are looking for relax and close services. The house is very clean and comfortable, it is surrounded by a beautiful garden and olive trees. Inside the Villa, the rooms and the living area are simply perfect. We really enjoyed the house, the closest beaches and the atmosphere of South Rodhes, very recommended 👌

A very convenient 3 bedroom villa equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The hosts do pay attention to details which is very appreciated. Very close to the beach - approx. 200m. Will absolutely stay again.

The Villa is a perfect location to escape hustle and bustle of city life being surrounded only by family or friends. The owner Yiannis is very hospitable and meets guests personally taking care about their smooth transition into a state of holiday relaxation. The house is very well equipped for everyday holiday needs. So, one could enjoy lazy unwinding on its well-groomed grounds with splendid olive and rose gardens, meet magnificent sunrises on the seashore or sleep till late morning to be awaken by fervent crowing of a neighbour’s rooster. 😊 The sea in this area is very clean, calm and warm. Swimming in it is a real pleasure. Those who are keen for underwater life could observe it just a few meters away from the shore. While snorkelling one can meet here and there small flocks of grazing fish or glide suddenly into a shoal of tiny atherinas flickering around as hundreds of tinsels. Especially enjoyable are the evenings on the villas terrace after sunset filled with warm and tranquil atmosphere, singing of cicadas and illuminated by lanterns in the surrounding bushes. Beware, some stray deer may come to greet you one evening! 😊 It is worth also mentioning that the Sea Maridina Villa is a perfect base for investigating the Rhodes Island. It is just 25 minutes driving from it to the Island’s ancient capital Lindos with its magnificent Acropolis and about 1 hour to Rhodes city filled with history, art and cultures of the past 3 millennia, not speaking about the ancient Olympic stadium. Just being at these places and seeing by own eyes the ancient artefacts and the stones of past millennia is quite inspiring.

Fantastic quiet location, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Hause has everything you may need. There are great restaurants in a 5-15 minutes car drive distance. Highly recommended!
