Chez Oliv

We loved our stay at Chez Oliv. It's a little boutique hotel with bamboo huts in an exotic garden on a side street of Calle n.6. (If you go during European summer, bring earplugs.This goes for literally every accommodation in Palomino.) The little pool is nice and refreshing, the breakfast in the open kitchen prepared by the 2 sweet ladies was great! They are beyond kind and even took me and my boy to the pharmacy for ear medicine.

Loved staying here! Good location, short walk to the beach & good places to eat nearby. The room was kept very clean, good mosquito net & fan we were never too hot in the rooms. We loved the balcony & all the different places to sit. Kitchen was large and well stocked. Jason was really lovely. Highly recommended

The place was amazing, very close to the beach. The room we stayed in on the second floor was fresh and cool despite the heat in Palomina. The very high traditional palm ceiling ensured the room stayed fresh. It was spotless and the mosquito nets ensured a very good night sleep. The shower in our room was "outdoor" so you shower among the trees and birds dining and under the stars at night while still being very private. On a clear morning we were able to see the snowy peak from the terrace of the second floor. The common areas were great with free coffee and water. Also there were many hammocks were one can chill and look at birds.

This is normal for such a room but since it is a hut there is not much privacy in terms of sound.

Beautiful garden, free water and hot coffee, great location.

We booked the cottage and it didn't have walls so our stuff never really felt safe. The sleeping area was upstairs but the door was only about a meter high so anyone could climb in easily. I wouldn't stay here with valuables.
