Booking.com mis sold us the information with no wifi and no swimming pool as it was closed, no water

Not much as disappointed as the pool was closed, mis sold by booking.com and no wifi and the staff excuses was well we are in the woods, so why say you supply wifi??

Poorly laid out and tight for a family of 5. Kitchen layout was a joke sticking right out to the front door, poorly designed.

Great location & look forward to rebooking for next winter

Great location & was the perfect base for us to go skiing on the slopes at Le Mont-Dore. Close to petrol station, ski resort, supermarkets & the town of La Bourboule was great for dining! Lovely family that ran the centre & a cheeky donkey that liked to escape overnight kept us laughing!

The chalet we stayed in was a little smaller than expected & I did feel relieved that two of our guests were unable to attend last minute as it left us with more space. I would suggest the three bedroomed cabin was more suitable for a max of three adults leaving the other beds for children.

Booking.com did not inform us that several of the facilities were closed down at the beginning of September when we visited. There were no breakfasts available; some of the toilet blocks were closed; there was no-one available to help. Our electric lights failed. Overall well below expectations.

La situation du camping bien visiter pour la région Auvergne mais que surprise pour la location pas de toilettes et de douche indépendante faire un trajet pour la toilette de toute les jours . Surprenant.

Peu wifi impossible de profiter de la tablette cela nous as gêné durant le séjour et peu de courtoisie des gens cela est peut-être du au Covid . Et une seule piscine alors sur l’annonce deux piscine?
