事前に清算しましたがお釣りの5000円札を 10000円札を渡したとフロントから連絡がありしっかりお釣りを確認したのでそのような事はないと伝えましたがカメラを確認すると言われとても嫌な思いをしました。結果カメラを確認したところ間違いであったと謝罪の電話がフロントから24:30にありました。お詫びにドリンクをサービスするとの事でしたが既に就寝もしていましたしちょっと考えさせて欲しいと伝え電話を切らせて頂きました。そのまま寝たかったのですがその後チャイムが鳴りスタッフの方が来て謝罪に来ましたが時間が時間でしたのでその後寝る事ができなくなってしまいとても疲れた宿泊となってしまいました。ゆっくりしたくて夫婦で泊まりに出かけましたが最悪のお休みとなってしまいました。

翌日ディズニーで三人で利用しました。朝ご飯の時間を融通していただけたり、子供用のアメニティをいただけたり、とても親切にしていただけました。また利用させて頂きます。水槽も大喜びでした。

Room is big and nice

The bath was not clean. When I put water I found somebody else's hair. And it should be more clear that every minute of deelay on check in is expensive. I was late of 7 minutes which is my fault, but I didn't know I had to pay 790 yen for that. I'm sure it's written somewhere but it should be more clear because it's the first time that happened.
