Pro: - apartament suficient de spațios pt o familie cu 2 copii mici - terasă exterioara f mare, gratar + masă și o priveliște grozavă - bucătărie complet utilată: plită, cuptor, cuptor cu microunde, grill, prăjitor de pâine, fierbător, filtru de cafea, mașină de spălat vase, veselă, tigăi, oale si chiar tot ce poti avea nevoie din punctul asta de vedere - smart tv-uri mari in living si dormitor cu netflix inclus - apartament realizat si utilat cu materiale si produse de calitate - baia micuță, cu duș, sticluțe mici de gel de dus disponibile, chiar și periuțe de dinți de unica folosință.
Contra: - patul, deși mare (1.80 m), avea 2 saltele de 90 cm care nici macar nu intrau in cadrul patului, astfel ca se deplasau si se facea o gaura cat un copil intre ele. Din acest caz, poate fi folosit doar de 2 adulți. - canapeaua din living nu ne-a fost de ajutor pentru somn, nu am reușit sa gasim sistemul de deschidere. - in timpul dușului se scurgea apă in baie, nici ușa nu se inchidea etanș, dar am rezolvat cu mopul disponibil in terasa exterioara.

Canapea rupta nu poti dormi 2 persoane ...pat declarat extra large ,dar de fapt sunt 2 saltele single .. penthouse la 60 mp semidecomandat nu gasesti nicaierii decat la Brasov...
